By downloading, accessing, or using the SnoFlow mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Assumption of Risk

Skiing, snowboarding, and winter travel involve inherent risks, including serious injury or death. By using SnoFlow, you acknowledge that:

• Weather data and resort conditions provided in the App are third-party estimates and may not reflect real-time conditions.
• You are solely responsible for your own safety and decision-making while on the mountain.
• SnoFlow is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during trips planned or discussed via the App.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features (Trip Creation, Chat), you must register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information (e.g., Name, Gender) as requested in the onboarding process.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country).

4. User-Generated Content & Conduct

SnoFlow allows users to post content, including photos, videos, trip details, and chat messages.

License

You retain ownership of your content but grant SnoFlow a license to host, display, and distribute it within the App.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

• Harass, bully, or threaten other users.
• Post illegal, obscene, or hateful content.
• Spam chats or public trip listings.

Moderation

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these standards without notice.

5. Location Services

The App requires access to your location to provide weather forecasts, find nearby trips, and suggest resorts. You can revoke this access in your device settings, but some features may not function correctly.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS." We do not guarantee that the weather data, resort status, or other information provided by third-party APIs is accurate or complete.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnoFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or participation in any activities organized through the App.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
