How do I create a trip?
Tap the "+" button on the home screen, select your destination resort and dates, then invite friends to join. It's that simple!
How do I join someone else's trip?
You can browse public trips on the Explore tab, or ask a friend to share their trip invite link with you. Tap "Join Trip" to be added to the group.
Is SnoFlow free to use?
Yes! SnoFlow is completely free to download and use. We may introduce optional premium features in the future.
How does carpool coordination work?
When you join a trip, you can indicate if you're driving and have spare seats, or if you need a ride. The app helps match riders with drivers heading to the same resort.
Can I use SnoFlow for snowboarding too?
Absolutely! SnoFlow is for all snow enthusiasts—skiers, snowboarders, and anyone who loves the mountain.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Please note this action is permanent and will remove all your trip data.

Troubleshooting
App won't load or crashes
Try force-closing the app and reopening it. If the issue persists, make sure you have the latest version from the App Store.
Not receiving notifications

Verify you have a stable internet connection. If using cellular data, ensure SnoFlow has permission to use mobile data.
